About The Position
This role is for a Global Logistics Process Manager within Machining Logistics, focusing on transforming and improving global logistics processes. The position aims to translate strategy into scalable, data-driven process improvements that enhance service, cost efficiency, and business resilience. The manager will be a key driver of process excellence, developing, improving, and implementing scalable logistics processes across the global network. A primary focus is translating the Machining Logistics 2030 strategy into practical process development roadmaps, strengthening digitalization, standardization, and continuous improvement. The role reports to the Head of Strategy & Logistics Development and involves working across regions and functions.
Requirements
- University degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, or business administration
- Proven experience in process development, project management, or supply chain improvement
- Strong analytical skills and ability to build business cases
- Experience working in a global and matrix organization
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
- A strong interest in digital tools, automation, and data driven ways of working
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of end-to-end logistics processes across Machining Logistics
- Translate strategic priorities into concrete roadmaps, business cases, and implementation plans
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across divisions, distribution centers, and partner functions
- Act as gatekeeper in the business change request process, ensuring focus on high-impact initiatives
- Lead process investigations, design, and implementation with clear governance and KPIs
- Leverage data analytics to support fact-based decision-making and monitor performance
- Promote digitalization, standardization, and best-practice sharing across the logistics network
- Turn external trends and new ideas into practical and scalable process improvements
