About The Position

Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) is seeking a dynamic Lifecycle Program Manager to join their global corporate marketing team, supporting FCM and Corporate Traveller across a multi‑billion‑dollar portfolio. Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing or similar role, with a focus on lifecycle marketing and automation
  • Proven experience managing marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot)
  • Strong experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience with data integration, segmentation, and personalization
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing principles
  • Expertise in multi‑channel campaign execution and lifecycle strategy
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive insights
  • Experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization
  • Understanding of global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
  • Experience managing email deliverability and sender reputation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global lifecycle marketing campaigns across acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth
  • Collaborate with the Global Head of Lifecycle Marketing to align strategies with business objectives
  • Lead end‑to‑end execution of multi‑channel campaigns (email, SMS, social, etc.)
  • Lead, mentor, and develop lifecycle campaign specialists, fostering innovation and excellence
  • Conduct performance reviews and support continuous team development
  • Utilize marketing automation platforms to design, launch, and optimize campaigns
  • Partner with Technical Leads to enhance automation and CRM integration
  • Drive personalization, segmentation, and customer journey optimization
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement data‑driven improvements, including A/B testing
  • Manage email deliverability, ensuring high inbox placement and strong sender reputation
  • Troubleshoot deliverability issues and collaborate with email service providers
  • Oversee lead flow processes including scoring, nurturing, and sales routing
  • Partner with Global CRM teams to improve lead conversion and alignment
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness
  • Present performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Utilize analytics tools for continuous optimization and strategy refinement
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned
