The Endpoint Management organization plays a critical role in enabling EY’s workforce through modern endpoint platforms, lifecycle management, and digital workplace capabilities. EY is seeking a senior technology leader to serve as Global Lead - Endpoint Management, with end‑to‑end global responsibility for device platforms, endpoint services, and user device experience across the firm. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for a portfolio of global products and services, including: Desktop Hardware & Operating Systems, Desktop Provisioning, Packaging, Software Delivery & Policies, Mobile Platforms Infrastructure, and Virtual Desktop & Application Solutions. The Leader will lead a multi‑layered product management organization, accountable for strategy, roadmap, financials, service quality, security posture, vendor ecosystems, and user experience outcomes across all device platforms. This role requires a strong balance of product leadership, service management discipline, financial rigor, and executive stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Own the global strategy, vision, and operating model for PC, Mac, Virtual Desktop and Mobile Management, ensuring alignment with EY Technology, Information Security, and business priorities
  • Provide executive leadership to multiple product and service leaders, developing a high‑performing, inclusive, and globally distributed organization
  • Act as the primary executive owner for device experience outcomes, operational resilience, and continuous improvement
  • Define and govern the integrated devices portfolio strategy, ensuring coherence across hardware, OS, provisioning, mobile, and virtual solutions
  • Translate business needs, technology trends, and regulatory constraints into multi‑year roadmaps and investment plans
  • Drive standardization and simplification across platforms while enabling local market requirements where justified
  • Ensure services meet defined SLAs, experience metrics, security standards, and business continuity requirements
  • Sponsor and lead response to major incidents, service degradations, and risk events, ensuring root cause elimination and prevention
  • Ensure full compliance with IT service management processes, including incident, problem, change, configuration, and knowledge management
  • Own the global financial model for device services, including budgeting, cost transparency, pricing models, and optimization initiatives
  • Govern complex, multi‑vendor ecosystems; manage commercial performance, SLAs, and strategic vendor relationships
  • Build and justify business cases for major technology shifts, including cost, risk, experience, and productivity impacts
  • Partner closely with Information Security to ensure device platforms meet security, vulnerability, and compliance requirements
  • Proactively identify and mitigate technology, operational, and supplier risks across the device landscape
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior technology and business leaders across regions and functions
  • Maintain strong engagement with Member Firms to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and alignment with global standards
  • Provide clear, executive‑ready communications on strategy, performance, risks, and investment decisions
