About The Position

Ashland has an exciting opportunity for a Global Key Account Manager to join our Ashland LLC business as a hybrid teammate out of Bridgewater NJ. This is a very visible, significant role within the Company and the Personal Care team. This position will report to the General Manager, PC, NA. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: Drive global and regional strategy and voice to market for Ashland’s Core portfolio Partner with global marketing to ensure alignment in the innovation process Work with key customer partners to map the path to new platform adoption Ownership and steering of customer partnerships In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field 10+ years Sales/GKA experience, Personal Care Ingredients experience highly preferred Experience leading an indirect team of reports and driving strategy development and adoption Travel up to 40% with mostly domestic but some international Ability to be a self-starter, work independently, and function in ambiguity The following skill sets are preferred by the business unit: Technical background a plus Ability to work and coordinate within a complex corporate setting In more than 100 countries, the people of Ashland LLC.
