About The Position

This role is responsible for managing and growing strategic global client relationships, ensuring successful implementation and delivery of complex projects across multiple regions. You will act as the primary liaison for key accounts, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet contractual obligations, exceed client expectations, and identify new business opportunities. The position requires developing and executing account strategies, tracking performance, and providing actionable insights to optimize client outcomes. Success in this role comes from balancing relationship management, sales growth, and operational execution in a fast-paced, international environment. The role includes frequent collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and requires the ability to travel internationally to foster strong client partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project, contract, or account management, preferably in consulting, auditing, or a service-based environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and grow client relationships, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of business assurance, compliance, auditing, or consulting services is advantageous.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally (20–50%).
  • Full driver’s license and valid passport.

Responsibilities

  • Manage global client programs to ensure delivery of projects and services in line with contractual agreements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive global account plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including operational, technical, and business managers, to deliver client solutions.
  • Monitor performance metrics, report outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion of services.
  • Act as the primary advocate for key accounts, resolving issues and mitigating risks proactively.
  • Conduct annual business reviews, re-evaluate pricing, and manage contract renewals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership teams.
