The Global Job Trainer plays a critical role in developing, delivering, and standardizing training content and coaching across LEGO® Manufacturing Virginia’s molding areas. This is a standard shift (8am-4pm) with the flexibility to work non-standard shifts as necessary. This position combines hands-on technical expertise with global training responsibilities. This role is responsible for designing training materials, coaching employees and job coaches, supporting onboarding, and ensuring standardized work practices using Job Instruction methodology. Trainers are also accountable for embedding and sustaining global standards in their respective areas and are active participants in the Global Trainer Network, representing Virginia in cross-site alignment and knowledge sharing efforts. The Global Job Trainer – Mold Maintenance supports mold production. Approximately 60% of the time is dedicated to formal training, development, documentation, and instruction. The remaining time is spent actively engaged in the Mold Maintenance department to maintain relevant technical skills and provide on-the-floor coaching.
