Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree: Business Administration or related field of study
  • At least 3 years of Project Management experience
  • Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Excel
  • SAP or equivalent ERP system experience

  • Six Sigma: green belt or higher, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving performance improvements across regional distribution centers (RDCs), including maintaining optimal inventory levels, establishing relevant KPIs, and ensuring top-tier delivery performance.
  • Optimize inventory performance by implementing strategies to reduce non-moving stock, increase inventory turnover per part, and minimize the risk of acquiring additional slow-moving items.
  • Collaborate with Hensley ICT and SAP consultants to maintain FTP and EDI communication channels between the RDCs' inventory management systems and Hensley's SAP S/4HANA IM/WM platform, ensuring seamless data integration and efficient system performance.
  • Develop monthly reports that clearly identify root causes behind both positive and negative performance trends, with comparisons to prior months and alignment with established operational goals and KPIs.
  • Oversee Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) from Dallas to RDCs, including managing SAP transactions, coordinating freight bookings, and tracking shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Manage safety stock levels and inventory classifications at the individual part number level to ensure optimal availability and control.
  • Manage third-party logistics (3PLs) at the RDCs to ensure high delivery performance and customer satisfaction through effective oversight of inbound, outbound, and material handling operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
