About The Position

The Global HRIS & Operations Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the operational infrastructure of Human Resources (HR) across multiple countries. This role ensures that global HR systems, processes, data, and compliance practices operate efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with organizational objectives. The position combines expertise in HR operations and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) with technology enablement, process improvement, data governance, and cross-functional leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field; master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in HR operations, HRIS, HR technology, or a related field; ten (10) or more years of experience preferred
  • Experience supporting HRIS implementations or major system transformations preferred
  • Demonstrated experience working in a global HR environment, including cross-cultural and cross-border HR operations
  • Demonstrated experience with HRIS administration, governance, implementation, optimization, or related HR technology initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle and the interdependencies among HR, Payroll, Finance and IT systems
  • Strong process improvement, automation, data governance, and compliance expertise
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic, global environment
  • Provide own source of transportation for any local/day travel, including travel between Indium Corporation facilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead and continuously improve global HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, mobility and relocation, offboarding, and rehires
  • Lead, coordinate, and support annual HR programs and processes, including performance reviews, merit increases, talent reviews, and related HR systems initiatives
  • Partner with regional and local HR teams to promote consistent, efficient, and scalable HR processes across the organization
  • Support global reporting, compliance, and audit requirements in collaboration with regional HR teams
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR operations, improve service delivery, and enhance the employee and manager experience
  • Partner with Information Technology (IT) and Information Systems to drive HR system enhancements, process improvements, automation, and workflow optimization
  • Collaborate with regional and local HR teams to develop, maintain, and enhance HR documentation, approvals, notifications and employee lifecycle workflows
  • Establish and maintain standards that promote data integrity, accuracy, consistency, security, and compliance across global HR systems
  • Evaluate HR technology capabilities and recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and user experience
  • Lead and support responsible initiatives designed to enhance HR operations, process efficiency, and data-informed decision-making
  • Support the implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization of HR technology solutions
  • Partner closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, Information Systems, and other key stakeholders to develop scalable and efficient HR solutions
  • Collaborate with global and regional leadership to identify business needs and develop, implement, and enhance HR processes and systems
  • Serve as a key liaison between HR and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective system and process solutions
  • Promote alignment and consistency among global, regional, and local stakeholders while recognizing applicable local business and regulatory requirements
  • Interface with global and regional leadership to develop and implement HR processes/systems
  • Develop and prepare HR reports, dashboards, metrics, and presentations using HRIS data to support operational and strategic decision-making
  • Support people data and analytics initiatives that provide HR leadership with timely, accurate, and actionable information
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR reporting capabilities, data accessibility, and consistency across the organization
  • Partner with key stakeholders to establish and maintain appropriate HR data standards and reporting practices
  • Ensure HR operations, systems, processes, and HRIS governance practices align with applicable global and local regulatory requirements and organizational standards
  • Establish and maintain appropriate HRIS governance practices, controls, documentation, and procedures
  • Support internal and external audits related to HR systems, processes, and employee data
  • Manage vendor relationships for HRIS platforms and related HR technology and services, including monitoring service delivery and identifying opportunities for improvement
