About The Position

As a Global Benefits Analyst, you’ll be at the center of Accertify’s global benefits strategy, driving day‑to‑day administration while continuously enhancing programs that support employees across the U.S., Mexico, EMEA, and APAC. This role blends operational excellence with global impact, including vendor and broker management, compliance oversight, billing reconciliation, and the coordination of global leave programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in global benefits administration; global leave experience highly desired.
  • Strong understanding of global leave laws, compliance requirements, and benefits administration.
  • Strong Excel and HRIS system proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness.
  • Employment eligibility to work for Accertify in the U.S. is required, as Accertify will not pursue Visa sponsorship for this position.
  • Candidates must be located in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary administrator for global benefits programs across the U.S., Mexico, the UK, Spain, India, Australia, and Japan.
  • Manage day-to-day benefits operations, including enrollments, terminations, life event processing, vendor updates, and employee inquiries.
  • Support global benefits renewals, audits, and compliance reviews.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, policies, and compliance records.
  • Support billing reconciliation, vendor invoicing, and HRIS data accuracy.
  • Administer global leave programs, including parental leave, medical leave, statutory sick leave, disability programs, and other country-specific entitlements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee leave cases.
  • Partner with regional HR teams and third-party vendors to ensure accurate tracking, communication, and resolution of leave inquiries.
  • Monitor regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain global leave policies, toolkits, and employee-facing resources.
  • Assist in compensation, benchmarking, and maintenance of job structures.
  • Support reporting, analytics, and data audits.
  • Provide support for wellness programs, open enrollment, and new hire orientations.
