About The Position

The Global Hotel Program Manager is involved in close partnership with the Travel Operations team, Strategic Sourcing, and various internal business partners, playing a key role in driving the program forward and achieving business objectives.

  • 6-10 years of work related experience
  • Bachelors degree

Responsibilities

  • Overall management of the global Business hotel program.
  • Lead the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, including the development of business requirements and presentation of recommendations to leadership.
  • Develop and implement category strategies that align with overall business goals and drive program optimization.
  • Conduct thorough market research, including benchmarking, and analyze spend and compliance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Procurement and suppliers to negotiate pricing agreements, and terms to ensure a competitive advantage.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, leveraging them to achieve business objectives.
  • Act as a primary liaison to key stakeholders, including the Citi Hotel Council, Corporate Travel teammates, CSIS and TMC Management.
  • Monitor and manage vendors to ensure the hotel program design effectively supports evolving business needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Prepare and present regular reviews on category performance to management.
  • Optimize Travel Management Company Hotel Desk operations
  • Schedule and conduct regular Supplier Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Coordinate with the Global events team for the Roadshow program and other synergies
  • Lead the development and execution of Hotel Surveys.
  • Manage and resolve Priority Escalations.
