Overall management of the global Business hotel program. Lead the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, including the development of business requirements and presentation of recommendations to leadership. Develop and implement category strategies that align with overall business goals and drive program optimization. Conduct thorough market research, including benchmarking, and analyze spend and compliance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with Procurement and suppliers to negotiate pricing agreements, and terms to ensure a competitive advantage. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, leveraging them to achieve business objectives. Monitor and manage vendors to ensure the hotel program design effectively supports evolving business needs. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Prepare and present regular reviews on category performance to management.
