About The Position

Bain Capital's Spring 2027 Co-op Program will run from January 12 to June 25, 2027. Participation for the full duration of the program is required. Candidates who are unable to commit to the entire program period should not apply. The Global High Net Worth Investor Relations team seeks a highly motivated co-op to assist in cross business unit (e.g. Private Equity, Credit, Venture Capital, Public Equity and Real Estate) projects and fundraising data management. This role will offer exposure to the breadth of Bain Capital Funds and strategic initiatives of a growing team. This individual will be involved in ad hoc projects not limited to, client database management, marketing material preparation and review, and distribution list maintenance. This individual will provide support to all functions within Investor Relations: business development, marketing, and client services.

  • Self-starter with strong project management and follow through skills
  • Detail oriented, conscientious and energetic professional with ability to think creatively
  • Capacity to discretely handle highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Team player with a “Can do” attitude; willingness to take on any task, no matter how small
  • Comfort with organizing and interpreting large amounts of data
  • Outstanding Excel and PowerPoint skills
