About The Position

We are in search of a Global Head of Solutions Engineering to lead and scale our Solutions team for Workvivo, part of Zoom. This is a strategic leadership role at the intersection of technology, sales, and customer value. You'll partner directly with Sales and GTM leaders to guide prospects and customers through their journey to realize the full potential of our platform, and you'll redefine how Workvivo demonstrates value throughout the sales cycle, up-levels product demonstrations to become a competitive advantage, and converts customer insight into strategic advantage. Based at the Workvivo office in Boston, our team works closely with colleagues across the business to deliver an exceptional employee experience platform. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting leadership within high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology environments, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success scaling and elevating high-performing Solutions Engineering organizations in fast-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated experience architecting GTM strategies through platform expansions, category creation, and AI-driven market transitions.
  • A track record of shared accountability with Sales for revenue outcomes, including ownership of commercial targets.
  • Global leadership experience across multiple regions and customer segments, including Enterprise and Mid-Market organizations.
  • Deep expertise in cloud, SaaS, and AI technologies, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes for executive audiences.
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing both customer decisions and product strategy.
  • Strategic, execution-oriented, and collaborative leadership style, with a passion for building teams, driving transformation, and raising performance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and evolve Workvivo's AI-focused GTM strategy in partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership, driving growth through market transitions, category shifts, and expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales to accelerate pipeline generation, develop winning account strategies, and deliver net-new customer acquisition and expansion revenue.
  • Lead and scale a high-performing, globally distributed Solutions Engineering organization by attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent while fostering a culture of excellence and AI adoption.
  • Transform how Workvivo demonstrates value throughout the sales cycle, establishing product demonstrations and technical storytelling as a sustainable competitive advantage.
  • Influence Product Strategy and roadmap prioritization by translating customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends into actionable recommendations.
  • Lead executive engagements and represent Workvivo as a thought leader in Employee Experience and AI, strengthening our position as the market-leading AI-native Employee Experience Platform.
