About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Global GTM Recruiter in United States. This role offers a strategic opportunity to shape and scale global Go-To-Market (GTM) hiring initiatives within a fast-growing software/SaaS environment. As a key recruiter, you will own full-cycle recruiting for sales, solutions engineering, and partner management roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent. You will contribute to building a world-class GTM organization, standardizing interview processes, and ensuring a seamless, fair, and exceptional candidate experience. This position is ideal for a proactive recruiter with strong relationship-building skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in Sales or GTM functions within the software/SaaS industry
  • Proven ability to partner with internal teams and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Experience with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, and direct sourcing methods
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience collaborating with HR, Legal, Compensation & Benefits, and Finance teams

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and organizational needs
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles, from sourcing to offer generation and candidate closing
  • Proactively source candidates through ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, social networks, and direct outreach
  • Ensure structured, consistent, and high-quality interview processes across all panels
  • Maintain accurate reporting, candidate tracking, and process documentation using ATS tools
  • Build trust and strong relationships with candidates and internal teams, advocating for the employer brand
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting strategies, workflows, and candidate experience
