About The Position

The Global GTM & 4P Category Manager for ACS AI Infrastructure is a senior individual contributor role responsible for defining and executing the global go-to-market (GTM) strategy for HP’s Advanced Compute Solutions (ACS) AI infrastructure portfolio. This role owns end-to-end 4P strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) across AI-focused platforms including ZGX Nano, ZGX Fury, Boost, and related AI infrastructure offerings. Operating at a global, strategic level, this role partners closely with GBU, Sales, Marketing, Alliances, and Market teams to translate platform capabilities into differentiated customer value, scalable GTM programs, and measurable business impact across priority customer segments (Enterprise, FED/SLED, SMB, Channel, and Strategic Alliances).

Requirements

  • Recommended 10+ years of experience in GTM strategy, category management, product marketing, or sales strategy within B2B technology.
  • Strong background in AI infrastructure, advanced compute, data center, or high-performance workstation solutions.
  • Proven experience owning global GTM and 4P strategies for complex, technical portfolios.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at the highest individual level, influencing across functions without direct authority.
  • Strong executive communication skills; able to distill complexity into clear, actionable strategy.
  • Experience working effectively in a global, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the global 4P strategy for ACS AI infrastructure platforms, from annual planning through execution and performance tracking.
  • Define clear value propositions, positioning, and segmentation for AI infrastructure solutions aligned to customer workloads and industry use cases.
  • Drive execution of the AI GTM plan with regions and countries, ensuring timely rollout and consistency.
  • Act as the WW GTM expert for ACS AI infrastructure solutions (e.g., ZGX Nano, ZGX Fury, Boost), ensuring tight alignment between product capabilities and market needs.
  • Translate complex AI infrastructure architectures into compelling, sales-ready GTM narratives and offers.
  • Partner with GBU and engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities based on market and customer feedback.
  • Drive execution with regional and country teams to ensure strong adoption of GTM plans, offers, and sales motions.
  • Support priority deals, lighthouse customers, and strategic pursuits requiring AI infrastructure expertise.
  • Enable sales teams with clear guidance, playbooks, and tools to accelerate AI-led pipeline generation and conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with alliance teams (e.g., NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, ISVs) to deliver joint GTM programs, aligned launches, and co-selling motions tied to AI infrastructure platforms.
  • Ensure alliance-led value is fully integrated into ACS GTM plans and market execution.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure GTM effectiveness, pipeline impact, and revenue outcomes.
  • Provide regular executive-level updates on performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Continuously optimize GTM strategy based on data, market feedback, and competitive dynamics.
