About The Position

Our two-year rotational programme is designed to accelerate your career and develop our leaders of tomorrow. You’ll undertake three placements where you will be immersed into real life jobs, providing the perfect stepping stone into your permanent role and long-term career within Spirax Group. One of these placements will be fully funded, in a country of your choice! Whether your passion lies in commercial or in manufacturing excellence, you’ll gain hands-on experience across diverse business areas, working on real-world challenges that impact our customers, whilst staying at the forefront of digitisation and sustainable solutions. Through solution selling and innovating, our customers are our key focus and will become yours. We’re looking for ambitious graduates with a minimum 2:2 honours (or equivalent) in a degree related to Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths or Business and eligibility to work permanently within Argentina without requiring a visa. You will be eager to grow, learn, and eventually lead. You’ll be supported by a strong network of mentors, peers, and leaders, all committed to your success. Requirements

  • Minimum 2:2 honours degree (or equivalent) in a degree related to Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths or Business.
  • Full eligibility to work in Argentina, without requiring a visa now or in the future.
  • Willingness to relocate to Buenos Aires, Argentina.
  • Ability to confidently communicate in English.
