The Forecasting team at Amgen serves as a key partner to Commercial leadership, providing strategic guidance and data-backed insights. As a Manager of Forecasting within the Biosimilars Business Unit (BBU), you will play a critical role in developing and managing forecasts for Amgen’s biosimilars pipeline portfolio. This role requires a strong understanding of biosimilars market dynamics—including loss of exclusivity (LOE), competitive entry timing, pricing and contracting pressures, payer behavior, and channel dynamics across global markets. You will work cross-functionally to ensure forecasts reflect realistic market scenarios and inform high-impact strategic decisions. The individual in this role will need to effectively influence and challenge a diverse group of stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Market Access, Manufacturing, Pricing/Contracting, and Global Marketing. This role reports to the Global Director of Forecasting for Rare Disease and Biosimilars and operates within the broader Business Analytics and Insights (BAI) organization. This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute significantly to the biosimilars pipeline portfolio and play a crucial part in shaping global forecasting strategies. Flexible Commuter role to Thousand Oaks, CA office. You will work on-site a minimum of 2 days a week.
