Join our Wealth, Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking Operations Global Fee Management team, where you'll lead a group of fee and pricing professionals responsible for ensuring accurate pricing, invoicing, and fee administration for a diverse client base. In this role, you'll combine people leadership, operational oversight, risk management, and strategic problem-solving to support critical fee management activities that directly impact the client experience and business performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of experience in trust and securities operational functions
  • Three to five years of management experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of fee analysts responsible for pricing, billing, invoicing, and fee administration activities.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and reliable pricing and invoicing solutions for clients across Wealth, Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support client onboarding, implementation efforts, and ongoing maintenance of pricing and fee arrangements.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and support the implementation of technology and process enhancements that improve efficiency and client service.
  • Oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring service quality and adherence to established standards.
  • Monitor and manage operational risk by identifying process gaps, strengthening controls, and mitigating financial and regulatory exposure.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, industry regulations, and applicable laws.
  • Contribute to department budgeting activities and help achieve operational and financial performance goals.
  • Participate in evaluating, recommending, and implementing operational systems, process improvements, and business initiatives.
