Reporting to the Manager, Global Equity Management, the successful candidate will be in our Arizona or Michigan office and will be primarily responsible for supporting the administration of our global equity plans. This role is onsite/hybrid in Arizona or Michigan.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in stock plan administration and related stock plan platforms.
  • Proficient in excel.
  • Advanced analytical ability, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective and efficient time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team approach to work.
  • Effective communicator, oral & written.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience may be consider in lieu of degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in stock administration, preferably with a global scope covering diverse types of plans (e.g. ESPP, PSU, RSU, options).
  • Experience with the Shareworks platform.
  • CEP level 1 certification.
  • Bilingual Spanish & English

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the quarterly RSU and PSU release process.
  • Assist with processing the Employee Stock Purchase.
  • Provide reporting to payroll teams for Option, RSU and PSU transactions.
  • Assist with the creation and audit of new hire and annual awards.
  • Collaborate with Payroll and Tax partners to identify proper tax withholding.
  • Support monthly/quarterly/weekly equity reporting.
  • Assist with reporting and analysis on stock plan metrics for reporting to leadership team.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from HR, payroll, tax, and accounting.
  • Respond to employee questions via email and Jira ticket system.
  • Assist with New Hire Orientations and Office hours.
  • Assist with SOX controls documentation and internal audit request.
  • Participate in projects related to equity compensation.
  • Available for in-person meetings in the office in Michigan, Arizona or the Casa Grande Factory in Arizona.
