About The Position

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Global Engineering Operations & Process Management to our team. Reporting to the Senior Global Engineering Director the Global Engineering Operations & Process Management is accountable for defining and driving engineering governance, KPIs, portfolio visibility, capacity planning frameworks, and standardized processes and tools. It enables data-driven decision-making, alignment across regions, and improved execution outcomes across all engineering functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field
  • 8–12+ years’ experience in engineering, engineering operations, or technical programme leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience improving engineering processes, governance, or performance at scale.
  • Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments including manufacturing and operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Lean / Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Defines and continuously improves how engineering operates across the organization
  • Establishes standard operating rhythms, governance forums, and execution frameworks
  • Owns the engineering KPI framework (e.g. on-time design delivery, change volume, cycle time, rework)
  • Develops and maintains dashboards, scorecards, and reporting for leadership
  • Defines and enforces engineering governance including stage gates, design reviews, and change control
  • Drives structured, data-driven decision-making across engineering programs.
  • Establishes and manages engineering portfolio visibility across all active programs.
  • Defines and enables prioritization frameworks, providing structured insight to support leadership decision making.
  • Provides executive-level insight and analysis to support portfolio trade-offs, prioritization, and strategic decision-making.
  • Develops and implements capacity planning and resource management methodologies
  • Provides visibility of demand vs capacity across engineering teams
  • Owns engineering processes, standards, and best practices across the organization.
  • Drives adoption of systems, tools, and digital workflows that improve efficiency and traceability
  • Identifies systemic inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
  • Leads cross-functional initiatives to improve cycle time, reduce rework, and increase predictability
  • Embeds Lean / continuous improvement methodologies into engineering ways of working
  • Partners with Engineering, PMO, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality functions
  • Drives alignment across teams to ensure effective execution and delivery outcomes.
