The GES Senior Manager is responsible for executing tasks relating to, but not limited to, the following: Taxation of equity compensation, deferred compensation/409A, IRC section 162(m), 280G/Golden Parachute analyses, ASC 718 (f.k.a. FAS123R), ASC 740 (f.k.a. FAS109), payroll taxes, employee stock option plans, qualified plans and assistance with compensation related matters for individual and corporate income tax returns. The role involves utilizing prior experience to execute client deliverables in the form of calculations and memos, applying industry standards and firm policies. It also includes researching and preparing compensation planning and benchmarking, identifying situations requiring additional research, and communicating effectively with clients. The Senior Manager will exhibit client/executive presence and possess strong communication skills. Other duties as required.
