About The Position

The Global Employee Experience Manager leads the design and delivery of enterprise‑wide initiatives that strengthen culture, improve organizational effectiveness, and enable consistent employee experiences across a global workforce. This role translates strategy and data into scalable solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Operating in a highly matrixed, global environment, this role partners with HR and business leaders to pilot innovative approaches, align experiences across regions, and deliver initiatives using agile, iterative methods. This role offers high visibility and the opportunity to influence how employees experience work at scale.

Requirements

  • Resides in the same geographic location (Atlanta) as the job or is willing to self-relocate to the area
  • Possesses a master’s degree (or international equivalent) in Human Resources, Organizational Development or Industrial‑Organizational Psychology
  • Minimum of 3–6 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated Organizational Effectiveness (OE) experience through translating operational or people data into scalable experience improvements, enterprise frameworks, or decision‑support materials.
  • Experience leading or supporting cross-functional or enterprise-level initiatives
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in agile or iterative delivery approaches
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and present executive-level materials
  • Experience supporting organizational change efforts, including driving adoption and embedding new processes or ways of working
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders across a highly matrixed organization without direct authority
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the design and execution of enterprise employee experience and organizational effectiveness initiatives
  • Translates qualitative and quantitative insights (e.g., engagement surveys, performance data, operational metrics) into actionable strategies
  • Partners with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to align initiatives with business priorities
  • Develops executive-ready materials, including frameworks, presentations, and decision recommendations
  • Drives agile, iterative project delivery, continuously improving solutions based on feedback and outcomes
  • Pilots and scales innovative tools, technologies, and approaches to enhance employee experience
  • Ensures consistency of employee experience across regions while adapting for local needs
