About The Position

Motorola Solutions Global Education is responsible for creating innovative training strategies, and the design, development, and delivery of training content across the MSI solutions/product portfolio. Our training services address the educational needs of our Motorola Solutions customers, partners and employees, enabling each group to be more efficient, effective, and ensure established business and operational outcomes are met. Under the direction of Global Education, the Summer Intern will work with the Global Training Content Team to assist in designing and development of content that could be internal or external facing. The intern will be an active participant in many activities including program implementation, content design and development, and reporting.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Adult Education, Content Design/Development, or a related field with a graduation date during or after December 2027.

• Knowledge of content development tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia) preferred
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• A self-motivator with solid organizational skills & excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Work closely with content developers within the Global Education team to assist with the design, development, and maintenance of training assets.
• Integrate generative AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini, Google Notebook, Claude Code) into learning design processes to accelerate development timelines and scale content creation.
• Communicate with leadership and peers on project progress and business value.
• Organize and collect data for analysis and reporting.
• Additional support for the training team as needed.
