About The Position

CTG is seeking to fill a Global eCommerce Sales Operations Analyst position for our client. Location: Morrisville, NC Duration: 12+ months, with possibility for extension Duties: Serve as an analytics and operational support partner to eCommerce Contact Center (Inside Sales) leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to enable data-driven initiatives that improve sales performance and customer engagement. Analyze sales performance trends, pipeline activity, and campaign results to deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations used in weekly business reviews, performance reporting, and operational planning. Track and report key sales performance indicators including pipeline health, quota attainment, and campaign effectiveness. Support coordination of sales enablement and performance initiatives by tracking milestones, consolidating updates, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. Partner with sales, marketing, analytics, and operations teams to support execution of cross-functional initiatives impacting inside sales performance. Provide analytical and reporting support for ongoing business and seasonal initiatives. Translate complex data into clear, concise insights and presentations to support leadership decision-making.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance reporting methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to business stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analytics, sales operations, eCommerce analytics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, track progress, and communicate risks or blockers to stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau or similar BI tools is preferred.
  • Experience supporting inside sales, sales operations, or sales enablement functions is preferred.
