This is a transformative opportunity leading the strategic management and delivery of key initiatives that support automated, sustainable processes, decisions and optimizations for what Walmart sells online. What you'll do Analyze business performance data to triage and root cause transactability issues using available systems and tools to identify top drivers and trends Leverage data and AI tools to derive insights, handle large datasets, and identify trends that inform business strategies on how to improve performance Support and manage reported transactability issues and escalation workflows to ensure process efficiency, operational consistency, and timely resolutions Collaborate with business partners to align analytical approaches and ensure consistent strategy execution What you'll bring Experience in data analytics, preferably in eCommerce retail or a similar high-volume environment Strong problem-solving skills with experience in project management Highly effective storytelling capabilities, building and presenting key insights to senior leaders and broad audiences A data-driven mindset, utilizing data insights to inform strategic decisions, identify business opportunities, and drive improvements Proactive in taking initiative, demonstrating ability to lead and manage projects independently and as part of a team Ability to adapt, pivot, and thrive in a fast-paced digital retail environment
