We are looking for a Global Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and evolve our global TA function, reporting to the Vice President, Talent and Employee Experience. You’ll lead our global TA strategy, team and operations, supporting more than 200 hires annually across a diverse range of talent. This is an opportunity for a strategic, hands-on leader who loves to build—modernizing recruiting practices, leveraging technology and data, elevating the candidate and hiring manager experience, and developing a high-performing global team.

Requirements

Significant experience leading Talent Acquisition within a complex, global organization.
Broad expertise across the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, assessment, selection, executive recruiting and recruiting operations.
Demonstrated experience building, evolving or transforming Talent Acquisition functions and processes.
Experience leading and developing geographically distributed recruiting teams.
Strong business acumen and the ability to translate organizational priorities and workforce needs into effective talent strategies.
Experience recruiting across a variety of talent segments and disciplines.
Strong understanding of recruiting technology, automation and analytics, including experience implementing or optimizing an Applicant Tracking System (preferably SmartRecruiters or SuccessFactors Recruiting).
Demonstrated ability to use recruiting data and market insights to influence decisions and improve outcomes.
Strong executive presence and ability to build credibility and influence across senior stakeholder groups.
10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including significant experience leading a TA function or team.
Experience working within a global, fast-paced organization.
Experience leading meaningful TA transformation, technology implementation or process improvement initiatives.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the global Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business priorities, workforce needs and the organization's broader talent strategy.
Lead, develop and inspire a globally distributed Talent Acquisition team.
Develop sourcing and recruiting strategies that enable tms to attract exceptional talent across a wide range of disciplines, geographies and talent markets.
Provide strategic support for critical and senior-level searches as needed.
Continuously improve recruiting processes, systems and ways of working to create a scalable, efficient and consistent global TA operating model.
Lead and support TA technology transformation, including optimization and implementation of applicant tracking and recruiting technologies.
Establish meaningful TA metrics, SLAs and KPIs and use data to identify trends, measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Provide leaders with clear insights into recruiting performance, talent markets and hiring outcomes.
Partner closely with business leaders, People Partners and Finance to understand current and future workforce needs and translate them into thoughtful recruiting strategies and talent plans.
Champion a high-quality, consistent experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting lifecycle, balancing efficiency with the human experience of hiring.
Partner across Talent, Marketing and Communications to strengthen tms' employer brand and develop creative approaches to attracting talent in competitive and evolving markets.
