Responsibilities
- Set and execute a bold global strategy for reception and conference services across the U.S., India, and UK
- Elevate service delivery to a best-in-class, hospitality-led experience that sets new industry benchmarks
- Drive consistency while embracing regional nuances and cultural excellence
- Lead, coach, and empower a diverse, international team of managers and front-line professionals
- Build a culture where service excellence, innovation, and people-first leadership
- Develop future leaders and create clear pathways for growth and succession
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior client stakeholders
- Deliver impactful business reviews and continuously evolve services to exceed expectations
- Own operational and financial performance across all locations, balancing excellence with efficiency
- Identify opportunities to enhance service, optimize costs, and expand scope
- Play a key role in retention, innovation, and growth initiatives
- Introduce forward-thinking ideas, technology, and service enhancements that redefine guest experience
- Continuously raise the bar transforming traditional reception and conference services into seamless, elevated experiences
