The Global Program Manager leads the retail advocacy strategy and program execution across internal and external teams and partners-driving measurable sales growth through best-in-class retail engagement, training, and data-driven decision making. Includes but not limited to the Intel Retail Edge Program (IREP). Applies knowledge of one or more business areas/domains to plan, monitor, drive programs/projects tied to development, implementation or upgrade of organization's processes, resources, and possibly operational areas including people operations. Manages cross functional projects or programs (group of projects) from start to end with considerable business impact across multiple organizations. Assesses subproject dependencies and program constructs and develops a comprehensive schedule while monitoring future work to proactively adjust for unforeseen challenges. Partners with teams across the business to source, allocate, and coordinate resources and training assets. Collaborates with virtual project and/or program teams to define requirements, perform feasibility analysis, and impact assessment. Monitors project and/or program's progress, resolves dependencies, evaluates risks, and communicates status to leadership team and other stakeholders. Sets and tracks project and/or program milestones, accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed. Conducts project/program close out assessment and creates a recommendations report documenting the successful and unsuccessful project/program elements.
