In this role, you will support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation programs that help attract, motivate, and retain top talent across multiple international regions. This role is well suited for an individual with 5+ years of foundational compensation experience, a strong understanding of core rewards principles, and an interest in expanding their global compensation expertise. You will contribute to key corporate initiatives, global market benchmarking, and the execution of annual compensation cycles.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of dedicated experience in corporate compensation, total rewards, or deep HR data analytics.
  • Advanced Excel skills are a must (think building clean, formula-driven models).
  • Hands-on experience with automated HRIS platforms.
  • Ability to break down complex financial or data concepts into clear, digestible insights for HR partners and managers.
  • High emotional intelligence, absolute discretion when handling highly confidential data, and a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Nice To Haves

  • Global/international compensation exposure is highly preferred.
  • Experience navigating or configuring compensation modules in systems like Workday is a key benefit.

Responsibilities

  • Play a key supporting role in the planning and administration of our global annual merit, bonus, and equity review cycles.
  • Serve as the business owner for Workday Compensation, including prioritizing enhancements, defining requirements, partnering with HRIS, and ensuring solutions effectively support compensation programs and business needs.
  • Partner closely with HR Operations to ensure compensation structures, grades, job profiles, and employee data are accurately maintained in our HRIS.
  • Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports to analyze compensation trends, costs, and effectiveness for leadership.
  • Act as a trusted partner to Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners, providing data-backed guidance on off-cycle promotions, new hire offers, and localized compensation challenges.
  • Participate in annual global compensation surveys (e.g., Radford/Aon, Mercer). Match internal roles to market data, analyze competitive positioning, and recommend structure adjustments across various global entities.
  • Assist in tracking and auditing compensation practices to ensure internal equity and compliance with local labor laws across all operating regions.

Benefits

  • We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance.
