About The Position

This Commercial Project Lead, Global Commercial Volume Strategy leads the Global commercial workstream of the GH&B Health & Growth initiative. The role identifies where volume growth exists across GH&B’s global markets and builds the global commercial strategy to capture it, product by product, market by market, so that manufacturing capacity translates into real, capturable demand rather than theoretical capacity. This role owns the commercial workstream end to end: demand mapping, volume strategy, local-market partnership on pricing and contracting, and the KPI dashboard that tracks execution. On a compressed six-month timeline (August 2026–January 2027), the role calibrates commercial projections to manufacturing targets, helps build the unified business case, and embeds governance into IBP. The role partners as an equal with the Manufacturing Capacity & Plant Health Manufacturing Project Lead and reports to the Commercial Executive Co-Sponsor.
