The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As the Global Commercial Execution Leader, you will define and operationalize the execution engine for commercial strategy across Solventum. You will translate strategic priorities into coordinated, scalable, and measurable actions that accelerate growth, improve customer outcomes, and drive consistent execution across a complex, matrixed global organization. This role operates at the enterprise level, influencing senior leadership and shaping how strategy is executed across business segments, regions, and functions. Here, you will make an impact by: Commercial Operation and Execution Rhythm Owning and governing the enterprise commercial calendar and execution cadence Aligning timing of key activities (e.g., kickoffs, QBRs, major customer engagements) across the organization Optimizing sequencing to support business priorities while minimizing organizational overload Consolidating division- and segment-level operating plans into a unified enterprise commercial plan Ensuring consistency and alignment across geographies, portfolios, and business units Simplifying complexity into a clear, executable enterprise roadmap Operational Governance Designing and leading enterprise governance forums to track performance and resolve issues Establishing execution frameworks, playbooks, and standards to improve consistency and rigor Ensuring clear ownership and accountability across all strategic initiatives Cross-Functional Alignment Leading through influence across sales, marketing, medical, operations, finance, and executive leadership teams Driving alignment in a highly matrixed organization with competing priorities Change & Continuous Improvement Leading initiatives to improve operating effectiveness, agility, and execution discipline Continuously evolving the commercial execution system based on performance and team insights Enterprise Leadership Capabilities Complexity & Systems Leadership: Navigating complex, matrixed environments by simplifying ambiguity into clear frameworks and execution pathways, while identifying and managing interdependencies across portfolios, functions, and regions Execution Discipline & Governance: Establishing and embedding execution frameworks, governance models, and operating rhythms that enable consistent, repeatable execution, supported by clear KPIs, milestones, and performance tracking Change & Continuous Improvement: Leading enterprise-wide change initiatives, driving alignment and behavioral adoption, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and innovation Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment: Building strong partnerships and leading through influence to align diverse stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and maintain momentum across competing priorities Customer & Market Focus: Ensuring commercial execution is aligned to customer needs and market dynamics, driving improved customer experience, adoption, and overall value delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND ten (10) years of commercial, PMO, or enterprise program execution experience OR High School Diploma/GED AND fourteen (14) years of commercial, PMO, or enterprise program execution experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
