The Global Channel AI Initiatives and Enablement Manager is responsible for leading the adoption, enablement, and operational execution of artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives across channel sales, and key partner segments. This role bridges business strategy, technology, partner enablement, and operational excellence to ensure AI-powered solutions drive measurable business outcomes, improve internal Channel Sales team as well as partner productivity, and accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines expertise in channel operations, enablement programs, AI technologies, cross-functional leadership, and change management. This individual will collaborate with sales, marketing, product, operations, data, IT, and external partners to design scalable AI initiatives and ensure successful adoption across the channel organization and partner community.
