About You In one of our Supply Chain roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or relevant field.
  • 7+ years of Procurement, Supply Chain, or related business experience.
  • Experience in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, and Stakeholder Management.
  • Experience developing multi-year category and supplier relationship strategies across a diverse product and supplier portfolio.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience leveraging data and benchmarking to achieve target contract structures and pricing agreements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage programs within a matrixed, global organization, effectively navigating diverse business strategies, cultures, and time zones.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% to support collaboration and alignment across regions and stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Coupa, SAP, and ETQ.
  • Experience with non-wovens based products through supply chain or technical roles.
  • Understanding of finished product manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a global procurement strategy and ensure seamless alignment with local, regional and global requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross functional product owners across Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Transportation, Manufacturing, Quality and Safety teams to achieve challenging goals.
  • Develop strategic supplier partnerships that deliver measurable business opportunities and continuous innovation.
  • Lead peer and cross-functional teams across multiple levels of the organization in the creation and execution of Moist Wipes strategies and initiatives.
  • Drive out single source suppliers where applicable and lead informed RFx events to achieve a balanced scorecard for the category.
  • Partner with other External Contract Manufacturing (ECM) Procurement team members in the ownership and execution of all commercial terms and supplier negotiations.
