Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of sourcing experience in procurement, supply chain, or category management
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills, including pricing, contract, and supplier management strategies
  • Experience working with ERP systems and procurement-related business processes
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across functions

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement category sourcing strategies for additives, solvents, and resins in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Lead strategic sourcing activities, including supplier evaluations, RFP/RFI processes, contract negotiations, and contract execution
  • Analyze spend, market trends, commodity data, and supplier performance to identify risks, support decision-making, and drive cost savings initiatives
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance while promoting continuous improvement, process optimization, and value creation opportunities
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support procurement initiatives, ensure business alignment, and advance digital transformation efforts
