About The Position

The Global Capability Center (GCC) Technology Lead / Principal Director is an offering-first practitioner responsible for shaping the technology strategy and system architecture that enable successful GCC design and setup. In this role, you will provide technology expertise across client opportunities, responding to market demand while driving consistent, scalable, and integrated technology solutions. You will support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC/GBS setup engagements at headquarters, bringing deep expertise in enterprise technology, digital platforms, and system interoperability. Working closely with solution teams and client stakeholders, you will assess the current technology landscape, define future-state architectures, and recommend technology solutions that align with the target operating model and business objectives. You will also contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, ensuring technology decisions support broader transformation goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation within Global Capability Center (GCC) strategy.
  • Minimum of 5 years of expertise in designing and scaling technology operating models, digital delivery organizations, and platform-led transformation initiatives within GCC/GBS environments.
  • Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled platforms, digital tools, automation technologies, and data-driven insights to improve business outcomes.
