About The Position

This is a strategic people-and-organization partner role focused on shaping a global Product & Engineering organization as it evolves, scales, and matures its operating model. The role involves partnering with senior technical leaders to connect people strategy to business outcomes, strengthen leadership capability, and improve team effectiveness. It will focus on areas such as organization design, workforce planning, operating effectiveness, succession, leadership capability, and large-scale change. The role also offers the opportunity to engage with the industry shift towards AI-native and agentic workforces, influencing cutting-edge work. The ideal candidate will possess strong business judgment, technical curiosity, and humility.

Requirements

Senior business partnering experience: Proven experience partnering with senior leaders across global, complex, or fast-scaling environments.
Strong technical aptitude: Experience supporting Product, Engineering, Technology, or technical functions is a significant advantage. Ability to credibly engage with technical leaders, understand complex technology conversations, and stay connected to industry trends.
Systems thinking: Ability to look beyond surface issues and identify underlying challenges in structure, decision rights, leadership capability, capacity, incentives, ways of working, or operating models.
Strategic and practical: Ability to operate at a strategic level, connect people strategy to business outcomes, and drive execution through detailed work.
Strong influence and communication: Ability to build trust quickly, bring clarity to ambiguity, and influence across levels, functions, and geographies.
Insight-led judgement: Ability to use data, patterns, and context to inform decisions while maintaining a human-centric approach.
People-first maturity: Empathy, discretion, and resilience, particularly in difficult or sensitive situations.

Shape people-and-organization strategy by partnering with senior Product & Engineering leaders to translate business priorities into practical people, organization, and workforce plans.
Lead through ambiguity by helping leaders navigate complex, evolving challenges related to structure, decision rights, leadership capability, capacity, incentives, and operating models.
Drive organization design and operating effectiveness by supporting scalable organization design, role clarity, ways of working, and operating rhythms for technical teams.
Build future-ready talent plans by focusing on succession, leadership capability, critical skills, workforce planning, and talent strategies that support growth and performance.
Champion change that sticks by leading and supporting large-scale change initiatives, ensuring clear communication, trust-building, and people engagement.
Coach and influence leaders by acting as a trusted partner to technical leaders, challenging thinking, asking pertinent questions, and supporting difficult conversations.
Execute brilliantly by transitioning between strategic advisory and hands-on delivery, engaging in executive conversations, working sessions, employee matters, and detailed follow-through.
Connect across the organization by collaborating with People, Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners globally to develop integrated, practical solutions.
