About The Position

This is a strategic people-and-organization partner role focused on shaping a global Product & Engineering organization as it evolves, scales, and matures its operating model. The role involves partnering with senior technical leaders to connect people strategy to business outcomes, strengthen leadership capability, and improve team effectiveness. Key areas of focus include organization design, workforce planning, operating effectiveness, succession, leadership capability, and large-scale change. The role also involves coaching leaders through ambiguity and executing on people-related initiatives. A unique aspect of this role is its connection to the industry shift towards AI-native and agentic workforces, offering an opportunity to influence cutting-edge work.

Requirements

  • Senior business partnering experience, with proven experience partnering with senior leaders across global, complex, or fast-scaling environments.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with experience supporting Product, Engineering, Technology, or technical functions being an advantage. Ability to credibly engage with technical leaders, understand complex technology conversations, and stay connected to industry trends.
  • Systems thinking: Ability to look beyond surface issues and identify underlying challenges in structure, decision rights, leadership capability, capacity, incentives, ways of working, or operating models.
  • Strategic and practical: Ability to operate at altitude, connect people strategy to business outcomes, and drive execution.
  • Strong influence and communication skills: Ability to build trust quickly, bring clarity to ambiguity, and influence across levels, functions, and geographies.
  • Insight-led judgment: Ability to use data, patterns, and context to inform decisions while maintaining a human lens.
  • People-first maturity: Empathy, discretion, and resilience, especially in difficult or sensitive situations.

  • Champion change that sticks by leading and supporting large-scale change initiatives.
  • Coach and influence leaders by acting as a trusted partner, challenging thinking, asking the right questions, and supporting difficult conversations.
  • Execute brilliantly by moving between strategic advisory and hands-on delivery, engaging in executive conversations, working sessions, and employee matters.
  • Connect across the organization by collaborating with People, Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners globally to create practical solutions.
