About The Position

The core responsibility of this global role is to drive strategic growth in volume and revenue across Madico’s Architectural Segment worldwide. As the Global Business Manager, you will lead initiatives to define, position, and expand Madico’s architectural window film portfolio, including Sunscape, SafetyShield, and adjacent services, and flat glass solutions, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and global market trends. You will develop and execute global go-to-market strategies, identify high-potential markets, and grow the segment through product marketing, channel development, and strategic account management. This includes cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise clients, architects, specifiers, distributors, dealers, and channel partners to increase product adoption and expand market presence. This role requires close collaboration with regional sales teams and cross-functional partners to achieve Madico’s segment goals. A strong emphasis will be placed on product innovation, portfolio development, and commercialization. You will lead efforts to enhance and expand the architectural film portfolio through new product introductions, continuous product improvement, and SKU rationalization to meet evolving market needs. Acting as the voice of the customer and the market, you will influence product selection, guide innovation priorities, and shape portfolio strategy to ensure strong market fit. Your insights will directly influence product positioning, support regional execution, and help ensure a consistent and compelling value proposition across customer segments and global regions. This is a hybrid position, typically requiring three days per week on-site at our Pinellas Park, FL headquarters, with up to two days working remotely. Additional onsite presence and domestic and international travel may be required based on business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve Segment Sales Plan for current and new products and programs by developing strong channel partners, increasing wallet share, expanding new business, and maintaining existing accounts.
  • Develop annual IMS objectives for the segment and implement the strategies and actions necessary to achieve worldwide objectives.
  • Own and manage the global architectural window film portfolio, including oversight of the Sunscape and SafetyShield programs, driving program development, positioning, lifecycle management, and growth.
  • Lead product portfolio strategy, working cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Sales to expand, rationalize, and innovate the architectural film offering based on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights.
  • Drive sales growth within the Architectural Segment by equipping direct and indirect sales teams with product training, sales enablement, and ongoing technical and commercial support.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans to achieve corporate objectives, including market expansion, segment penetration, channel development, and product adoption across key regions and vertical markets.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and market by translating customer needs and market opportunities into product requirements and collaborating with R&D and Manufacturing to guide the development of new and differentiated film technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and application support to dealers, distributors, sales teams, and customers to support the proper use and performance of architectural film products and solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for innovation, differentiation, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
  • Lead product commercialization efforts, including pricing strategy, positioning, launch planning, and promotional activities in collaboration with Marketing and regional sales teams.
  • Analyze market and business data to evaluate customer needs, pricing strategies, competitive positioning, and gaps within the existing portfolio, guiding portfolio adjustments and new product introductions.
  • Support brand and market visibility by planning and participating in trade shows, sales events, industry conferences, and dealer training seminars.
  • Representing / Placing Madico at industry associations, events, and forums, strengthening the company’s position and visibility within the architectural window film market.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales and performance reports, including updates on strategic initiatives, sales performance, product adoption, market opportunities, and customer feedback.
  • Proactively engage prospective customers and strategic accounts to develop new business opportunities through solution selling, relationship development, and targeted strategic outreach.
  • Manage adjacent segment specific department(s) as defined.
  • Participating in identifying how the work performed affects the quality or environmental aspects of products and services provided to customers.
