Chargeflow is looking for a hands-on Global Business Development Director to lead and scale our outbound engine. You’ll manage a team Global team of Business Development Executives, owning strategy, execution, coaching, and pipeline outcomes, especially across enterprise and high-value segments. You’ll build a repeatable, measurable outbound motion, partner tightly with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps, and continuously improve performance by zooming out to design the system and zooming in to sharpen the next call, sequence, and quarter. This is a hybrid position from our NYC offices
