We are scaling rapidly, and we’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Global Business Development leader who can build, elevate, and scale our BDR organization. About the Role As the Director of Global Business Development, you will build and lead Antithesis’s BDR function, owning the strategy, execution, performance, and growth of our outbound pipeline engine. You will develop a team that can engage deeply technical stakeholders—CTOs, distributed systems engineers, SREs, and founders—with clarity, curiosity, and credibility. This is not a traditional high-volume business development environment. Our buyers are expert engineers, and our outreach must demonstrate technical fluency, sophistication, and a deep understanding of distributed systems pain points. You will shape outbound strategy, partner with Sales and Marketing leadership, define goals and operational rigor, and hire and mentor a high-performing team capable of generating meaningful, qualified opportunities in a highly technical domain.
