About The Position
As Global Brand Marketing Associate VIE within our Marketing team, you will actively contribute to the global brand strategy for Tzield's launch, supporting country planning, deploying multichannel marketing campaigns, and coordinating digital and omnichannel initiatives across priority markets. Requirements
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, ideally in a marketing or brand role.
- Strong digital acumen and proficiency with digital tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new skills and pioneer new ways of working.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders in an international environment.
- Strong team player, with the ability to work transversally across functions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a complex environment.
- Fluent English (verbal and written).
Nice To Haves
- Experience in global/cross-functional teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with MLR systems (Veeva / Promomats) and process is preferable.
- Familiarity with Generative AI and new ways of working is a plus.
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or Pharmacy.
- PharmD with a dual degree in business school is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Execute, in collaboration with the Global Brand team, the country planning preparation process, following strategic frameworks designed with external partners.
- Participate in Global Brand Strategy development for Teplizumab launch.
- Monitor and facilitate workshops with global and country teams.
- Collaborate with external agencies, global and country marketing teams to deploy marketing campaigns and adapt them according to priority target populations.
- Collaborate with global omnichannel teams to ensure consistency of digital initiatives.
- Submit and track validation workflows for marketing tools in Veeva / Promomats systems.
- Actively contributes to the preparation of major congresses (ATTD, EASD, ISPAD).
- Deploy patient activation initiatives across markets.
