About The Position

Hourglass Cosmetics is a vegan and cruelty-free luxury beauty brand, recognized for its high-performance products and commitment to animal welfare. Founded in 2004, the company is globally available in 32 markets and has been part of the Unilever Prestige division since 2017. We are seeking an individual with a strong retail selling background, public speaking experience, refined artistry skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others. Previous luxury beauty experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Educate Account Executives and Freelance team on product knowledge, artistry, and selling techniques to achieve sales goals.
  • Partner with Vice President of Artistry and Training to develop successful in-store events.
  • Spend time in store to reinforce product knowledge, sales techniques and clientele systems.
  • Partner with Account Executives to plan store events, new product knowledge, artistry skills and recruitment.
  • Serve as a spokesperson for the brand, planning and appearing at in-store events including press events.
  • Work with Counter Managers and Store Leadership to implement strategies to drive the business at each point of sale.
  • Build solid relationships with internal teams, retailers including counter staff and cast members.
  • Represent brand at new store openings and store events.
  • Assist in the development of training materials to meet local market needs.
  • Achieve personal sales goals during global store events.
  • Present on stage at Nordstrom trend shows.
  • Conduct masterclasses worldwide and adapt artistry skills to audience.
  • Collaborate with global teams and demonstrate adaptability to any situation.
  • Able to take feedback and pivot to Hourglass artistry and point of view.
  • Leadership skills and lead by example mindset.
