About The Position

Logitech is seeking a Global Amazon Business (B2B) Manager to lead the global strategy for Amazon Business. This role is a key part of the Global Amazon Go-To-Market team, responsible for bridging global objectives with regional execution to ensure Amazon Business initiatives align with broader EB2B organizational priorities. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, collaborative, and driven to achieve positive global impact with flexibility in their approach.

Requirements

  • Deep, demonstrated expertise working directly with Amazon's ecosystem, especially Amazon Business (B2B).
  • Proven track record of success in a global role, navigating international markets and diverse teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, influence without authority, and manage complex relationships.
  • Experience executing go-to-market strategies that tangibly drive profitable growth.
  • Ability to navigate complexity and work successfully across multiple product categories.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, transforming data into strategic insights and actions.
  • Solid foundation of knowledge in the B2B/EB2B sector.

Responsibilities

  • Customize Global EB2B go-to-market strategies to the Amazon Business (B2B) platform.
  • Elevate the strategy to unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with regional partners to understand successes and challenges, empowering them to execute the strategy.
  • Develop and deploy comprehensive toolkits and operational playbooks for effective regional delivery.
  • Engage directly with the Global Vendor Management team at Amazon to increase Logitech's share of mind and unlock new global opportunities.
  • Analyze data across multiple categories to develop actionable insights that drive profitable growth.
  • Align cross-functional internal teams (marketing, supply chain, regional sales) to ensure cohesive support for Amazon Business initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and sales data to measure regional execution success and proactively pivot strategies based on market dynamics.
