The Global Account Based Marketing Director will lead the overall ABM strategy to drive pipeline and engagement within our strategic accounts through the development and execution of account based marketing programs. This role will be instrumental in refining, evangelizing and operationalizing account based marketing at Smartsheet. In close alignment with senior leadership across Sales, the Global Account Based Marketing Director, will own the strategy to develop, create and deliver both custom 1:1, 1:Few and scalable 1:Many engagement programs for high-value accounts. Additionally, leveraging marketing automation, CRM and predictive analytics tools, this role will analyze prospect profiles and behavior to create highly targeted ABM programs for small account clusters. This pivotal position demands a combination of strategic vision and practical, hands-on implementation to achieve quantifiable results through precise marketing efforts, all while utilizing strong data analysis and effective leadership. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, curious and results-driven, with proven results in building successful ABM strategies and programs.
