About The Position
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Glaziers for projects located in the Hartford, CT area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $34/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience
Nice To Haves
- FG-2 License is preferred
Responsibilities
- Read blueprints to determine the exact size, shape and type of glass needed
- Fit glass into windows, doors, skylights, mirrors, shower enclosures, and display cases using bolts, screws, putty and heavy duty sealants
- Take out old, cracked, or broken panes and replacing them safely
- Install metal or wood frames and moldings before putting the glass into place
