All-Brite Glass & Tint is a leading, locally owned and family-operated business serving the automotive, commercial, and residential markets for over 30 years. With a reputation built on quality, safety, and trust, they specialize in expert Glass Repair, Replacement, and Window Film Services across the Tri-City region and beyond. The company is currently hiring a skilled and motivated Glazier – Glass & Window Installer who takes pride in their craft and is passionate about delivering a WOW client experience. Requirements

  • Proven experience in glazing, glass installation, or a related trade (carpentry, construction, window installation, etc.)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Friendly, professional, and client-focused demeanor – you’re the face of our service
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-performing team environment
  • Reliable and punctual – you show up, follow through, and take ownership
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50–75 lbs and working at heights with ladders and scaffolding
  • Willingness to grow through our Paid Apprenticeship, Training & Tool Program

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and replace a wide range of glass and glazing products, including windows, doors, mirrors, storefronts, and specialty glass
  • Precisely measure, cut, and fit glass to exact specifications using industry tools and equipment
  • Safely handle and transport glass, following best practices for safety and quality
  • Apply sealants, weatherproofing, and finishing materials to ensure top-quality installations
  • Accurately document all service and installation details in our system (Mobile Pro/Mainstreet)
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, explaining services, aftercare instructions, and answering questions with confidence
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment – in the shop, on job sites, and in service vehicles
  • Respond to scheduled and unscheduled service calls, including in-shop and mobile jobs as required. As well as after hour emergency board up calls.
