About The Position

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries and the largest manufacturer of tile and natural stone in the United States, is seeking a Glaze Line Operator to join their MFG TEAM. This role involves operating the glaze line and inspecting tile to ensure the quality and efficiency of the ceramic tile manufacturing process. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Good record-keeping skills.
Good listening skills.
Accurate measurement capability.
Ability to understand and speak basic English.

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing/production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Operates the glaze line and inspects tile for quality defects.
Monitors glaze line equipment or processes and reports any problems to a supervisor.
Performs hourly quality control checks to ensure tile meets specifications.
Operates powered industrial trucks to transport glaze to and from the glaze lines.
Follows operating procedures.
Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Performs other related duties as required.
