About The Position

The Eye Institute of West Florida (EIWF) is seeking a Glaucoma Surgeon to join their growing team. Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
• Completion of an accredited MD or DO program
• Completion of an accredited Ophthalmology Residency and Glaucoma Fellowship
• Eligible for or active medical licensure in the state of Florida
• Strong surgical and clinical expertise in glaucoma management and procedures
• Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care
• Strong communication skills for referral relationship development

Responsibilities

• Focus on complex glaucoma and comprehensive ophthalmology
• Manage a high-volume, complex patient population
• Develop referral relationships
