About The Position

Miramar Eye Specialists, a partner of NVISION Eye Centers, is a premier multispecialty ophthalmology practice serving Ventura County with an established and growing glaucoma service line. The practice offers comprehensive glaucoma care including advanced diagnostics, medical management, laser procedures, and surgical intervention. With strong internal and external referrals, Miramar Eye Specialists provides a unique opportunity for a glaucoma specialist to practice at scale within a collaborative, high-caliber clinical environment. Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Ophthalmologist (MD / DO)
• Fellowship-trained in Glaucoma
• Active California medical license or ability to obtain
• Interest in program growth and subspecialty leadership

Responsibilities

• Established glaucoma referral base with strong internal and community referrals
• Access to advanced glaucoma diagnostics, lasers, and surgical technology
• Opportunity to expand and lead the glaucoma service line
• Collaborative environment with comprehensive and subspecialty ophthalmologists
