About The Position

Center For Sight – Fort Myers/Naples and Southwest Florida Eye Care are seeking a full-time, fellowship-trained Glaucoma Specialist to join our growing team in Southwest Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a glaucoma surgeon looking to build a high-volume medical and surgical practice while serving patients across two desirable markets within a collaborative, fully integrated OD/MD eye care network. The physician will be supported by an experienced clinical team, advanced diagnostic technology, established referral relationships, and a strong network of ophthalmologists and optometrists.

Requirements

• Full-time, fellowship-trained Glaucoma Specialist.
• Glaucoma surgeon.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with MIGS, iDose, traditional glaucoma procedures, and cataract surgery.

Responsibilities

• Build a high-volume medical and surgical practice.
• Serve patients across two desirable markets.
• Participate in clinical trials and advanced glaucoma care.

Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary of $450k for the first 2 years, plus production bonus.
• Uncapped earning trajectory after the first two years, transitioning to a production-based compensation model at 35% of receipts.
